ANXIETY & DEPRESSION

When you are anxious or depressed you are likely feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from trying to manage things on their own. You may find that your mind is constantly racing, that you overthink decisions or interactions, or that you feel a persistent sense of worry or pressure that is difficult to turn off. Some others feel emotionally drained, disconnected, or struggle to find motivation or meaning in daily life. My goal is to help you slow things down, better understand what you are experiencing, and create a space where you can begin to make sense of the patterns and pressures affecting your emotional well-being.

 

In our work together, we focus not only on managing symptoms but also on understanding the underlying factors that contribute to anxiety or depression. Drawing from psychodynamic therapy as well as practical tools for emotional regulation and coping, I help you identify the internal patterns, expectations, and life experiences that may be shaping how you respond to stress and relationships. Together we work toward helping you feel more grounded, develop greater self-understanding, and move through life with a stronger sense of clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.
